HOW

I get to know my students and design a personalized program for their specific needs, goals and lifestyle. Together, we identify ways in which they bring their practices off the mat and into their everyday life. After all, the practices are merely maps and tools that are meant to guide one’s journeys out in the world and within.

As a designer, I’ve always been a keen observer of how the human experience, both individually and collectively, is by design. This awareness feeds both my personal practice and my teaching. My goal as a teacher and coach is to empower my students with as many maps and tools of awareness in order to live these mindfulness practices into being.

ABOUT

I am a certified and registered yoga and breath-work teacher,and a mindfulness coach. I have been a practitioner and a student of yoga for over 10 years, teaching for the past 5, and a practitioner of mindfulness for as long as I can remember, (thanks to the guidance and teachings of my mother).

I have studied and trained with teachers and methods from all around the world in meditation, breath, and mindfulness. In my thirst for understanding and serving all human experiences, I also got training in teaching trauma sensitive populations.
