Parsley Health Supplements
WINTER 2019 – PACKAGING, CREATIVE DIRECTION
As part of a larger refresh of the Parsley identity, I redesigned the Parsley label supplements, and led creative direction in the photoshoot.
Supplements are an essential part of Parsley member care plans, as well as the Parsley website and centers. With the new designs and imagery we wanted to inspire an easier inclusion of a new routine into the members’ lifestyles, and create an on-brand experience whether in person or online.
The goal of the project was to redefine the rather clinical and unpleasant experience of taking pills, to an empowering act of taking care of oneself.
The designs were inspired by how the supplements made one feel and it’s benefits.
The new supplements became objects our users could display proudly and comfortably, rather than hide away in the bottom drawer. This update to the supplement labels, as well as the new imagery, created a much more welcoming experience.
This update inspired a more delightful member experience both in context for users, as well as the retail shelves at Parsley centers and the online store.
With the photoshoot, we created lifestyle imagery that hinted at the benefits and use case for the supplements, while showing what the supplement itself looks like.
After the renewed labels, we also saw an increase organic shares from Parsley members and non-members alike, proving an increase in delighted users.
